Trip to Puncak August 2024

Dear journal..

This time family trip was at Agro Wisata Gunung Mas Puncak, West Java on 24 August 2024. This trip also together with my fun gowes team. We stayed at Rumah Pondokan, since its weekend time the cost of the pondokan around Rp 900.000,- included breakfast 4 pax, amenities, TV, and Bathroom. The house is a stilt house which is actually quite old so the construction is a bit questionable, a bit wobbly (goyang). The house was no air conditioning but the weather was sooo.. cold. We brought some frozen food, eggs, electric stove, magic jar, rice, indomie/pop mie,

Someday, maybe we could go back there and try glamping type for stay, it's like camping. But for glamping, the bathroom is seperate from the bedroom (it's a minus for hijab women) and the price is nearly same with Pondokan. 

The Agro Wisata Gunung Mas is on mountain slope, not at the top of the mountain, not too far from the freeway so it doesn't take long to get to the location. However, traffic jams sometimes occur on the weekends. During the weekend, traffic engineering is implemented in the form of one lane on both the way up and down the peak. 

The weather at Puncak is preferred by city dwellers, because it is cooler and more comfortable, suitable for family holidays. 

Let's go we escape from the city of crowded.

Trip to Kuningan Jawa Barat Desember 2024

Dear diary,

This time I'll tell you about our family journey to Kuningan, West Java on 21-22 Desember 2024. In fact, this family trip coincided with the ITPLN cycling event which is usually held at the end of the year. I took my kids to join the venue. We stayed at Jehan's Palace, 1 room for 5 person 😅 but we're so happy. Alhamdulillah our lunch treated by our boss (Pak Kuswowo, our former warek II).

On the way back to Jakarta we stopped first at a satay stall "Warung sate Beber H. Suab" at Cirebon Kuningan street Kecamatan Beber. We bought satay, soup, tongseng, we tried every menu on the stall, Alhamdulillah delicious...

It's year 2026

My Dear Diary,

It's been a long time since the last time I posted to this blog, 2011. Now, it's already 2026. 15 years ahead, there are so many things happen and Alhamdulillah, Allah gave us everything..

Ramadhan 1447H will be over, and we'll face 1 Syawal 1447H. Insha Allah we'll see the next Ramadhan, Aamiin..

There are a lot of memories and family journey that we've been through together. We should be together forever insha Allah. Please Allah give us barokah, health and success for my family, Aamiin Ya Rabbal 'alamiin. 

I will write some of our life journey to this blog. I hope that the description of my story on this blog will be a reminder for me and my family in the future. Later on, the children will be able to remember every family trip that we have taken together. I'll try to tell the stories according to the journey we've been through.
